Panther Creek Dominates in Rain-Shortened Victory Over Pilot Point

In a rain-soaked district showdown, Panther Creek asserted its dominance with a resounding 11-0 victory against Pilot Point High School. The game, played under challenging weather conditions, was called with 23 minutes left to play due to lightning, but not before Panther Creek showcased an impressive offensive display.

Zara Werema and Sydney Alkala led the charge for Panther Creek, both recording hat tricks that left Pilot Point struggling to find answers. The scoring didn't stop there, as Kylie Campbell, Ashlyn Perez, Ava Gavin, and Tina Solano all contributed to the comprehensive victory.

Despite the adverse weather, Panther Creek controlled possession throughout the game, showcasing their skill and determination. The team's efforts paid off, securing another crucial district win and improving their overall record to 3-1.

With the momentum from this convincing victory, the Panthers now turn their attention to their next home game against Gainesville on Wednesday, February 7th, at 4:30 pm. Panther Creek will aim to carry the winning spirit into this upcoming match as they continue their quest for success in the district.
